I'm a food enthusiast. I grew up tasting all sorts of food - raw lentils to jaggery and when desperate a piece of tamarind. I spend a lot of time getting on Kenzai programs. When it came to making Kenzai friendly food, my acquaintance with raw food helped me start at the raw stage and cook as little as required to make the food edible.
