
Ingredients:
150gms of Chicken Tenders
Teaspoon of Olive Oil
Half a Teaspoon of ground cardamom
Pinch of salt
Cooking Time:
Preparation Time: 1 minute
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Method:
Cut the chicken tender strips into 2cm cubes.
Lightly coat the frying pan with olive oil.
Place the chicken cubes in the pan and cook under medium heat. Do not pre-heat the pan to avoid browning the chicken.
Cook the chicken two minutes on each side and stir them to cook evenly on all the sides.
Switch the heat off and add ground cardamom and salt and stir to coat the chicken well.
Remove the chicken into a bowl and allow it cool for five minutes.
