
Ingredients:
150gms of Chicken Tenders
Teaspoon of Olive Oil
One twig of Curry Leaves (six to eight leaves)
Half a Teaspoon Mustard seeds
Few flakes of dry red chili
Pinch of Salt

Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Method:
Cut the chicken tender strips into 2cm cubes.
Lightly coat the frying pan with olive oil.
Place the chicken cubes in the pan and cook under medium heat. Do not pre-heat the pan to avoid browning the chicken.
Add curry leaves, mustard seeds and the dry red chili.
Cook the chicken two minutes on each side and stir them to cook evenly on all the sides.
Switch the heat off and add salt and stir.
Remove the chicken into a bowl and allow it cool for five minutes.
