Chicken Tenders with Curry Leaves

Ingredients:

  • 150gms of Chicken Tenders

  • Teaspoon of Olive Oil

  • One twig of Curry Leaves (six to eight leaves)

  • Half a Teaspoon Mustard seeds

  • Few flakes of dry red chili

  • Pinch of Salt

Cooking Time:

  • Preparation Time: 1 minute

  • Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Method:

  • Cut the chicken tender strips into 2cm cubes.

  • Lightly coat the frying pan with olive oil.

  • Place the chicken cubes in the pan and cook under medium heat. Do not pre-heat the pan to avoid browning the chicken.

  • Add curry leaves, mustard seeds and the dry red chili.

  • Cook the chicken two minutes on each side and stir them to cook evenly on all the sides.

  • Switch the heat off and add salt and stir.

  • Remove the chicken into a bowl and allow it cool for five minutes.
