Egg Whites looking as pure as snow come with a bit of a salty taste.

Ingredients:
Two Large Eggs
One teaspoon of olive oil
Cooking Time:
Preparation Time: One Minute
Cooking Time: Four Minutes
Recipe:
Coat the bottom of a rectangular egg pan with olive oil. Do not pre-heat the pan to avoid browning the of the eggs.
Pour the egg white from two large eggs in to the pan and discard the egg yolk and shells.
Cook a lower than medium heat for four minutes till the egg becomes opaque.
With a plastic ladle make a cut in the middle and fold the egg into two rolls.
Move the rolls into a plat cut into squares.
