Great way to cook green beans

Ingredients
300gms of green beans
Two tea spoons of olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking time
Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Cooking Time: 35 minutes
Cooking Method
Cut and discard the top and bottom end of the beans and cut them into half.
Place the beans in the pan pour 450ml of water.
Add salt, pepper and the olive oil.
Boil on medium heat till most of the water evaporates, up to 30 minutes. Stir the beans to fry in the residual oil.
Variation
Use 20gms of butter instead of olive oil.
