Grilled Scallops

Ingredients:

  • Scallops 3

  • Teaspoon of Olive oil

Cooking Time:

  • Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Method:

  • Lightly coat the pan with olive oil.

  • Place the scallops in the pan and cook for two minutes on each side.

  • Cook for another 30 seconds each till they are caramalized to golden brown.

  • Remove from the pan and serve.
