Oven Grilled Potato Chips

Make crispy potato chips with a just spoonful of oil and a few minutes of preparation.

These are not your usual potato chips

Ingredients

  • Three potatoes

  • One Tablespoon of Olive Oil

  • Salt

Cooking Time

  • Preparation: 5 minutes

  • Unattended Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Recipe

  • Preheat the oven to 180C.

  • Wash the potatoes and clean the dirt on the skin using a potato brush. Clean the unpleasant black parts using the sharp tip of the potato brush.

  • Slice the potato into thin (1mm or thinner) chips.

  • Mix the slices of potato with olive oil and a pinch of salt and mix.

  • Lay the potato slices on an oven tray layered with oven paper.

  • Grill for 30 minutes at 180C.

  • Remove the chips from oven and place them in a dish and let them cool uncovered for five minutes.

  • Dig in!
