Oven Grilled Potato Chips

Make crispy potato chips with a just spoonful of oil and a few minutes of preparation.

Ingredients
Three potatoes
One Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Salt
Cooking Time
Preparation: 5 minutes
Unattended Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Wash the potatoes and clean the dirt on the skin using a potato brush. Clean the unpleasant black parts using the sharp tip of the potato brush.
Slice the potato into thin (1mm or thinner) chips.
Mix the slices of potato with olive oil and a pinch of salt and mix.
Lay the potato slices on an oven tray layered with oven paper.
Grill for 30 minutes at 180C.
Remove the chips from oven and place them in a dish and let them cool uncovered for five minutes.
Dig in!
