
Ingredients:
Swordfish Steak 150gms
Teaspoon of Olive oil
Teaspoon Cajun Spice

Cooking Method:
Lightly coat the pan with olive oil
Place the swordfish steak in the pan cook for two minutes on each side till it turns light brown.
Check on the side to confirm that the fish is cooked through without any pink portions in the middle.
Sprinkle the cajun spice on the both side of the fish and cook for ten to twenty seconds.
Remove from the pan and serve.
