Pan Seared Salmon with Cajun Spice

Ingredients:

  • Sashimi Quality Salmon Steak 150gms

  • Teaspoon of Olive oil

  • Teaspoon Cajun Spice

Cooking Time:

  • Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Method:

  • Lightly coat the pan with olive oil. Pre-heat the pan for a minute at medium heat.

  • Place the salmon steak in the pan cook for three minutes on each side till it turns golden brown.

  • Check on the side to confirm that the fish is cooked through

  • Sprinkle the cajun spice on the non-skin side of the fish and sprinkle half teaspoon of hot oil from the pan on the Cajun spice.

  • Remove from the pan and serve.
