Pan Seared Salmon with Cajun Spice

Ingredients:
Sashimi Quality Salmon Steak 150gms
Teaspoon of Olive oil
Teaspoon Cajun Spice
Cooking Time:
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Method:
Lightly coat the pan with olive oil. Pre-heat the pan for a minute at medium heat.
Place the salmon steak in the pan cook for three minutes on each side till it turns golden brown.
Check on the side to confirm that the fish is cooked through
Sprinkle the cajun spice on the non-skin side of the fish and sprinkle half teaspoon of hot oil from the pan on the Cajun spice.
Remove from the pan and serve.
