Flavorful and Healthy

Ingredients:
450 grams of spinach
Two cloves of garlic
Four flakes of dry red chilli
Two teaspoons of Olive Oil
A pinch of salt

Cooking Method:
Cut and discard the stems of the spinach. Rinse the leaves in cold water to remove any dust. Pat the leaves dry with kitchen tissue.
Cut the spinach leaves into thin (1 cm) strips.
Chop the garlic.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the garlic till wilted for around two minutes. Add the chilli flakes and stir a couple of times.
Add the spinach leaves to the pan and fry them stirring occasionally till reduced to one fourth for six to eight minutes. Add Salt to taste.
