Steaming Brussels sprouts firm yet juicy.

Ingredients:
200 grams of Brussels sprouts
Pinch of salt
Cooking Time:
Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Unattended Cooking Time: 5 minutes 30 seconds
Cooking Method:
Cut and discard the dry top part of the Brussels sprouts.
Cut each sprout into half.
Place sprouts into a silicon steaming dish add salt and shake to mix.
Place the lid on the steaming dish.
Cook in the microwave oven at 500W for 5 minutes 30 seconds.
Remove from the microwave and move the sprouts into a serving dish.
