150gms of Chicken Tenders
Teaspoon of Olive Oil
Teaspoon of Thai Green Curry Paste

Cooking Method:
Cut the chicken tender strips into 2cm cubes.
Lightly coat the frying pan with olive oil.

Cook the chicken two minutes on each side and stir them to cook evenly on all the sides.
Add the green curry paste and stir to coat the chicken evenly. Cook for another minute.
Remove the chicken into a bowl and allow it cool for five minutes.
